Törggelen

The Törggelen comes from the old ways of the farmers and wine dealers; between October and the beginning of the advent time, to try the young wines. In South Tyrols taverns this „new“ wine is served together with barley soup, ravioli, harty salty meat, sausages, cabbage and dumplings. Sweet doughnuts and roasted chestnuts make the finishing touches.
